engine troubles

evening folks well i got a 49 farmall h and i blew the number one clinder it all started when i started plowing with it pushes alot of smoke out of the muffler you can see the oil on the eaxhust pipe does anyone know what model the engine is and or what engine kit i need for i can re do all the pistons should i bore the cyldner out or not i have some numbers off the engine block but i got no clue what they mean i got
