I looked around on here and google and didn't quite find the answer I was looking for. I know you can eithor get a hydralic tank from a a series II super M or you can use the existing belly pump as the reservior for the hydralics but the one answer I didn't find is how to distinguish what type of pump you are going to need. I am not home (dad's tractor) to determine the bolt spacing and I question him knowing exactly what I'm looking for. I know the later M's had the newer updated timing cover which would allow you to use the super M, 400, and 450 pumps. Before that you need to have a M&W unit. The serial number on the tractor is 260799. That means to me that it's a 51-52 model but would it have that updated cover? Thanks alot for your help guys.
