I got my tractor split today, went really well, less than an hour. Local dealer had the clutch in stock, but was just way to expensive. I told him what I could purchase one for at this site, but he would not budge on the price. I bought it here, I can wait a week for it to get here. I saw first hand how important the clutch return spring is and the proper free play. The man I bought the tractor from said it did not have one when he bought it, but it had a new clutch. The fingers on the pressure plate where all but gone. At least the flywheel was in great shape, no discoloration or heat checking. I think this is going to be a fun tractor. Thanks to all who have given advice so far.
