It was likely that the motor was replaced with one from a U-9 power unit, or possibly a T-9 crawler, either of which may have had a fuel pump. If you look at any 9 series block (at least those I"m aware of), the boss is cast into the block for the fuel pump, but the holes not machined for it (unless it was a power unit!) The cut-down steel rear wheels are more unusual to me. Paul
