Mounting a JD 45 loader on a Farmall 400.

I have the more common farmall brackets to mount my 45 loader (H, M, SM, SH, 300, 350). The 400/450 brackets had plates to space the channel away from the axle mounting plate.

Does anyone have a set of these to sell or at least tell me how far ahead Deere moved the channel?
