H Carb Choke?

I posted awhile back about my carb rebuild, everything went pretty
good. Got it back together and it fired right up.
My question is should the choke start to flood the engine after a
few minutes? I can leave it pulled out and it keeps running.
Is my float level messed up? I am pretty sure I checked it and it did
not need to b adjusted.
