IH 766 seat back plate

Hello to all, I have an International Harvester 766 and I'm looking for the metal plate that goes on the back of the seat. It has the IH logo on it and is a thin metal. The seat is the one with the high back and arm rests (not the curved arm rests) I've looked all over but can't locate one. Help!
