Probably. Serial numbers for 1929 15-30 are 99926 - 128236
If it has a double compartment fuel tank (the front smaller tank was for water) and a water pump it is a 15-30. The 10-20 looks similar but has no water pump and in 1929 used a single fuel tank with a small round gasoline starting tank behind it. 1929 serial numbers for 10-20 are 119823-159110
Give me some part numbers from the main castings and I can tell you for sure.
