Gee, I thought it was only down here in the "big city" that customer service had flown out the window... seems like anywhere you go it's impossible to get help finding a specific item, and once you find the item, it's waiting in line just as you describe.
Even after living in town for several years, I'm still up with the sun and expecting to get right to work. Works out fine on weekdays, but would be nice to have the ability to sleep in on a weekend once in a while! And of course the stores aren't open at 5 when I wake up.
Either way, daylight savings time is an interesting concept... but I enjoy AZ where it doesn't change.
