The three point can be added without a lot of problem. You would take the seat off and remove the bolts underneath and the bare back plate (pretty heavy though) and put on a three point plate with the lift arms (which you will need to find one to purchase). You could use the lift for the blade but you would have to unhook the sickle mower from the PTO in order to use the rotary cutter.
