I had used one gallon at first and things improved after a few days of baling hay. I later drained the oil to replace the hydraulic pump. I added one more gallon to top off the oil. My leak has slowed down, but not gone (46 years old). One day I will tear into it and repair.
My system holds more than stock due to the loader cylinders.
