Naw, it was the "Handshake agreement" between Henry Ford and Harry Ferguson. Henry supplied the tractor and Harry supplied the 3 point and Harry handled the sales end of the deal. The agreement fell thru and Harry started making his own tractors with the 3 point. The tractors sold under the agreement were badged with Ford and Ferguson. After the deal went south, Henry built the 9n.
