I can tell you from my part time job driving for an independant dealer that specialises in high end automobiles, that they all have problems, even Mercedes. Some seem to be worse than others, but a car that had that many problems would no doubt have been declaired a "lemon" and replaced. My sis and b-i-l bought a 2011 Chevy Traverse and it had a series of problems. Last I heard, the area rep said one more problem and they would take it back as a lemon (actually don't know what they expected from GM.. this also from driving a variety of auto brands). I don't know that tractors have an actual "lemon law" in place like cars, but I'd certainly hit them up about calling it a lemon and replacing it.
