Are you going to remove all that red paint and light gray primer before you apply the epoxy primer? The effectiveness of epoxy primer will be vastly reduced if you put it on over another product. It's most effective applied to bare metal. Waste of time and money to put it over paint or regualar primer. And then it is not used to fill small tin irregularities.
