The steering gear housing was split into two pieces because of a wreck with the old 52 tractor by someone. I purchased the reamins of an old 49. Didn't like the tie rods on the 49, thus I went into both housings to swap out some parts and see if I could get a fit. It appears okay. Cleaned-up, oiled and waiting for engine work and other needs regarding the 52 before finishing the steering.
