Hey guys don't give up on me but I am still working on this governor on this super c when I can,every thing checks out ok ,New thrust bearing,governor spring is good, weight and pins are good, bushing are good but I still don't get any thrust when I open throttle up ,it will rev up slowly and will not respond when in a pull, here is my question,the shaft that goes through the gov.the end next to the radiator according to the IH8 manuel,fig,390 says there is a thrust spring and a thrust pin lenth ways in the end of the shaft,I guess the pin holds the spring in, I can not tell, if there is, how does it come out? this tractor was running fine when I shut it down, the next time I started it up,problems,so what ever happend it happend all at once. everything else is checking out good Thank you for your help.
