Slow hydraulics when cold

Does anyone know why my 130's hydraulics would slow down ( a lot) whwen the temperature gets down around 30 degrees or so ? The fluid level is OK, it happens when I lift my front blade...it's OK when I let it down. Even without the blade mounted on the tractor...it seems to raise VERY slowly when cold.After the tractor is nice and warm, it works much better. Thanks.
