If in high, your TA clutch is slipping. That could be because you've got the link that shifts the TA into low every time you press the clutch way too tight. It's not letting the TA clutch completely engage, and the clutch dump finally caused the clutch to glaze enough to slip. If you adjust it now you might be able to get a few more miles out of it, but eventually you will need to split it and replace the TA clutch.
If in low, your ramp and rollers were just about shot to begin with, and the stress from dumping the clutch took out the last little bit that was holding. You can run in high pretty much forever if it's slipping in low, and fix it when you have the time and/or money.
