Hi Robert, I've only had to use a headgasket sealer one time and that was on a warped head that could not be fixed. Clean the head bolt holes out and check for length of the head bolts. If you find any more than 1/16" longer than the rest,replace the head bolts as there streaching when you tighten them. Retorque the head after a couple hours running then again after 25hrs. Will grease work, sure but for how long. Find the problem of why they leaked first. T_Bone
