If the three point does not go down till it leaks down then the draft sensing is the problem and like delta red told ya remove the top link plate and look in on the right side and you will see and arm-lever coming up from the bottom and you will see a arm - lever hanging downfrom the top . If the top one is inft. of the bottom one then ya need to pull it back and arond the bottom one and all will be well. . NOW A NOTE OF caution here the top one has heavy spring pressure against it and things can be vary sharp in there .
