Hi Dave, I haven't come across any plans for building the scale tractors. Most people choose a frame/engine combination from a garden tractor and go from there.It's a good idea to have a full sized model close by to take measurements from as you build each scaled down part.It took me 11 months to build my 2/3 scale "D".....was quite a challenge but a real rewarding experience and we sure have a lot of fun with it.
