I have a '03 Chevy Silverado W/factory Towing Package. The cover on the plug Says + battery @ about 2 o'clock and - battery @ about 7 o'clock.
This should charge batery on trailer when pluged in, the battery is not charging. With engine running I think I should see 12-14vdc across these two terminals. Is there a fuse thats blown?
If so could anybody tell me which one? The book is not that helpful.
