I don't think there have been any of the late styled A toys made with simulated pressed steel wheels. Scale Models made one of the early styled A's for the Beckman Endowment fund in 1989 and one for the Wyoming Centennial in 1990. They had plastic wheels that could have possibly passed for pressed steel. I think they were the same wheels they used on everything in that time frame.
