custom toy parts

Does anyone know here to get custom parts for Oliver models? I am also interested in toy kits for Oliver that can be purchased new and assembled as wanted rather than modifing asembled ones. I have have looked on the Dakotah Toys website and did not find exactly what I want. Any other suggestions are appreciated.
