Ty, Since no one else has answered, I'll try to help. I don't have any information on the 12-A, but I do have a sales brochure on the No. 25, which replaced the 12-A, and the dimensions should be pretty close. Length, Over-All, with Tractor Hitch = 19 ft. 4 in. Width, Over-All, Cutting and Transporting = 10 ft. 2-5/8 in. The wheels set in a little bit from the outside edges of the combine, but I have no idea how much narrower they would be - sorry. I wondered how it could be the same width whether cutting or transporting, and then looked a a diagram of the two positions. The combine is the same width, no matter which - the only difference is in the tractor setting out farther to the right in the transport position. Height Over Clean Grain Elevator = 9 ft. 2 in. Weight = Approximately 3,400 lbs. You might want to post your question on the John Deere forum - I'm sure you'll get more answers over there. If you'll drop me an e-mail at StanHuff@aol.com I'll scan the diagram of the width displays and send it back to you. Again, this is a No. 25 combine, but if anything, it might be slightly wider than a 12-A but certainly no smaller. Good luck, Stan Huff Melbourne, FL
