I use to auction toys on ebay. Pretty much just use but it now today. All too often when I would get a crazy high bid. The bidder wouldn't pay. Ebay just slaps their hand and lets them go because ebay wants the buyer to have a happy experience. They do not care what happens to the seller.
Last July I sold a JD blade I made for a 4840 precision on a FaceBook John Deere free auction page. The bidder asked me before he bid if he could make payments. I knew it would be a mistake but agreed. He bid the blade up to $380. I still have the blade. Have not received one single penny yet. I think Sept was the last message I got from him.
