I've only had really good success with calf scours using one treatment regimine. Vet put me onto this a few years ago. Sustain III bolus at 1.5X recommended dose for first treatment and a sq treatment of Nuflor. Oral electrolytes as needed for dehydration. If they can stand at all Ive never lost one with this system. If they cant they get a trip to the vet. Hard to beat an IV at that point.
