I remember hearing a couple of years ago that a lawyer in Illinois got involved in a class action against McDonalds over their Monopoly game, I think it was, and as it as I understood it, takes only four people to get a class action off the ground of which none can be the attorney(s) involoved. He lined up four family members. I remember him being interviewed and taken apart on the radio.
Do claas actions have merit? Perhaps, if lawyers aren't involved.
