Some one at some point in time switched the hubs on it and put on a set of car hubs. So you either need to find rims that fit those car hubs or you need to replace the car hubs and put on the correct hubs. Either one will be pain in the back sides since the hubs yu have right now are from a car but you do not know what car. Or you find a set of the correct hubs and go back to the 19 inch rims/tires. The correct hubs I have but no rims
