Turn OFF OFF OFF!!!! the main circuit breaker, and then make sure all the screws in the breaker box are tight. Make sure all the screws in sub-panels are tight. Pull the outlet out and make sure screws are tight. May have to use both screw drivers, and allen wrenches in the breaker boxes. Might be loosing some voltage, and overheating breakers.
