Hi everybody. My husband, who used to drop by this board on occasion, died unexpectedly a few months ago. He had a 1959 Massey Ferguson 65 that he used here on the farm for about 10 years before we bought a new Mahindra. He also had a 1948 Caterpillar d-4 that he owned almost as long. They both look their age but still work pretty good, altho I know he used the Massey to pull the dozer to get it started (because I usually had to sit on the dozer to release the clutch). I think the original starter is in the garage, but I don't know what's wrong with it. I also do not know how to operate or maintain either of them, so would like to sell them. I think they should be worth something to a collector, or maybe even to someone who can use them as he did. Any advice you can offer on where I should start looking to find a buyer, to figure out what they might be worth, or anything else you can think of that I need to know but don't know enough to ask, would be greatly appreciated.

You can never have wide enough tires or heavy enough weights to get all the traction you want … unless you own a monster tractor. U
