Fixer, if this is a light wieght model. first lube all the grease fitings. oil governor and valves, put oil in lubricator. If tractor has sat for a long time, i would make sure any thing that should move will move. Gear shifter in neutral crank lubricator 50 or 60 times. Make sure the fuel and water pump are not stuck and lube with kerosene. put gas in starter tank on fender. [Rumelys only like fresh gas] Put four pumps of the primer pump, if not working pour a small amount in carb. Set choke. Set flywheel brake on fly wheel. Make sure starter lever will pull out of fly wheel at bottomof stroke. pull fly wheel lever and set in notch keep your body away from lever and pull down. If tractor has sat for a long time i would check spark and clean the plugs. if this is a heavy wieght i do not know. good luck Philip
