The first issue is almost certainly the result of a badly worn cam follower pin, while the second issue is likely the result of worn pump seals.
Buy an I&T FO-20 manual and follow the "alternative" procedures (special tools not needed) to adjust the draft and position adjustments AFTER replacing the cam follower pin.
Of course you will wish to replace the lift cylinder O ring and back up washer and thoroughly clean/flush the hydraulic sump while you have the lift cover off.
