Between Thursday night and last night I have had 3.7 inch of rain here. Just over at Dyersville they had 5 inch plus inches. The rain did not wash things very much around me. It was a money maker here as the corn is mostly tasseling. This will go a long way toward finishing the corn crop.
I just finished second crop hay. I cleaned my yards of manure. So this rain was perfect. The temperatures are forecast to be lower this coming week.
