If you are not getting straight bales, the Operaters Manual states 1,improper packer finger adjustment 2,improper raking of material 3,improper picking up of material.Picking up with the inside of the pickup 4, auger belt slipping or auger speed not high enough. Also check that the tension on the twine going to the knotters is equal/even ( Twine tensioner adjustment inside the twine chest on the left side.For plastic twine 1 to 2 lb tension,for sisal twine 4 to 10 lb tension).As for different lenght bales, either the metering device is not functioning properly or the trip arm and trip dog are not disengaging (check that the plastic bush in the metering wheel is OK.)TSG.
