I've been in business for 35 years and have lost a lot of time with my family because some so called emergency on Saturday kept me in the shop. Everybody has developed a Wal-Mart mentality. They think everyone should be open 24 hrs a day 7 days a week. Not many repair shops and dealers can do that.Do you think just because you are in business for yourself you shouldn't have another life? I'm sure the profit he would make on one sale won't make or break him and I doubt he will loose too much sleep. I know I wouldn't. Maybe you need to go in business and only be open when everyone is closed.
