Dad is 82 and is the youngest of his family and he said he's never known it to be this bad out here.
I can't even get my front door to shut now (older brick house & cement slab floor) and a crack has developed over the frame... Its been getting stickier since about March and now will not latch...
I guess the house is settling because it is so dry - I haven't been watering the yard like I did last year...
There is sure a lot of irrigated corn out here that is going down the drain...
Not sure what to think of global warming - and don't want to get into all the "climate vs weather" debate, but if this is truly the wave of the future for this SW part of the US, it sure isn't going to be pretty...
