Just last week, the place I buy fuel at there was some guys talking about somebody had stolen a local farmer's JD 8430 overnight right out of the field. Just unhooked the plow and drove off with it. About noon that day a pumper making rounds on his leases found it about 20 miles away down in a canyon blocking a gate he needed to go through. No damage to the tractor at all other than the amount of fuel used. Sheriff dusted for prints but probably won't do no good.
