I had to replace mine a couple years ago- I sprung for a sheet of marine plywood. Its spendy enough already, but I had to get a 10 foot sheet, because the floor was 8' 6". Special order, about 75 bucks, as I recall. But not much compared to the hassle of having to do it again in a few years.

We park it in the barn aisle, wife cleans stalls into it, then I spread on Saturday. Bottom would sure last longer if kept empty, then filled all at once and spread, but we're not keen on handling the stuff twice.
