Well fixing the fuse holder is a start. If it will not crank the relay/solenoid on the starter is probably not getting voltage from the Key. If it starts, the key is getting voltage from the battery. If not the ignition would not work (I assume it does not have a Magneto) The issue is probably in the switch (failed start contacts in the Start position) or wire from the key S terminal to the relay/solenoid, or the relay solenoid itself.
