Said he needed to borrow it a couple days and brought it back with a new ramp and some modifications I had mentioned to him at one time or another... Charged material and and asked me to get him some steaks from the commissary........ Today, he asked for some steaks and antifreeze. German beef is expensive for no real reason and antifreeze is way out there....
