Rangers used to have switch on right side that could need to be reset. Might be called bump switch when another car hits you. Shuts off fuel I think. Know you said you have pressure but could it be residual or did you release pressure and then check. Also there is a fuse link(hard to spot)forgot what it controls but will stop from running. Dave
