just a quicky.... Guy told me how to take care of my cellar problem and how to store some stuff. Question is, garden time is about gone so folks have pretty much sold/given everything. We have a bulk store nearby where resteraunts shop. Can I buy bags of potatoes, carrots, (roots).. and take them out of the plastic bags/nets and store them?
Also, the guy said just to keep the temp between freezing and 50 degrees and the moisture down below 80 percent and everything would be fine....
True????? I don't wanna have to carry out more rotten taters and carrots.....
