Rule I have with tractors and cars and trucks and motorcycles--Never buy anything with a fresh paint job. One time wife had to remind me of my rule at a car show in Tenn. Already had money in hand. Don't get carried away. Selling is different, probably have to paint and make everything look good to get top dollar; unless knowledgeable buyer comes along and wants to see what's under that shine.
