The Engine is probably worth 200 bucks to someone who needs one like it or scrap price if sold as is. They make good power, and have a pretty good reputation. If it has good compression, it is worth messing with if you buy it for 50$ not more. Making a garden tractor out of it would be a fun welding project. Probably in the 12 HP category. (guess) Kennedy tool boxes are high end. Great find, fix that one and use it. The flair box should be kept with the flairs. Wire brush them and spray with stove paint. Sell them as a Kit.
