I have needed some carpenters, painters plummers etc. Many do not have any insurance. I am not as worried about liability but if the guy gets hurt?? (falls of ladder or stagging) I know state laws vary seems like here they have to be selfemployed and have liability. Any employees than its comp. The ones i hired did have it. There was some seminar about hire college kids to paint, clean etc but what about if they get hurt? Talk to me guys.
