Sorry but I felt that Zinsser 1-2-3 was about the worst primer I have ever used. Pealed within 2 years on every building I had used it on. Early Spring of 2010 I spent several hours during one week on Google looking for "Best Paint" and all info points to two: Sherwin Willams and Benjamin Moore. I had a Ben Moore dealer nearby so thats what I used. Covered well and looks like it will do well longer term.. good luck..
I Agree.I am a contractor zinzer is trash.Kilz or the best is sherman williams promar.I would go with the duration if you know someone with a contractors account You will save big time.If not Hollar at me you can use my company name for the price break.
GOOD luck
Larry
