We had a 2240 that we replaced with a 5325 for a loader tractor. We like it, the electronics can test your patience when you have to mash the clutch and try again with the reverser. I would agree it is loud but disagree and say that it seems to be kinda hard on fuel. Its the only JD tractor on the farm but the only small frame tractor that we liked.
