I wish there was a way to put a stop to these kinds of people, what they do is beyond comprehension. Kids have to be educated and taught how to protect themselves at an early age, specifically from these predator animals and parents can't let em out of their sight anymore. These criminals have ruined things for kids today. Local person was just convicted of trying to hire a hit man to off a 23 year old who is the alleged suspect that raped a 13 year old girl that was a relative of his, he will do 6 months, can't say I'd have been upset had he been sucessful, but the suspect had not been convicted. These jerks are out there, have to keep the kids educated and prepared at an early age.
