Hey,
someone was asking the other day about clearing sinuses...Product here that works real good and quick that I couldn't find available in the States to suggest....... Anyway, started getting a little plugged up yesterday and took some so it jogged my memory and I looked again...
Anyway, the active ingredient is:
Acetylcystein 600mg
Punched it up on amazon.com and it shows up a bunch as antioxidant pills to promote liver health (NAC 600)..........
Anyway, once a day (600mg) loosens everything up including congestion (used for folks suffering bronchitis here also).
If you catch it quick, one or two doses (600mg a day) usually fixes you... Drink plenty of water (liquids) and get rid of the congestion (blow your nose instead of sucking everything in and recycling).
Does real well when sinuses get plugged up and sore (infected) from crop/harvest dust also. Noticed it can make you (me anyway) a little drowsy so take it at the end of the day with plenty of water and you shouldn't take it more that 6 or 7 times in a stretch.
Not a doctor, just offering a tip that works real good for us. Have also used it (dosage adjusted) on a couple of horses that were breathing a little scratchy with great results.

I personally don't think it can be beat for a utility tractor in the 40 HP range. They are extremely thrifty on fuel, at least my DSL is. Most drive train parts are fairly easy to get. Sheet metal is probably the hardest thing to
